Bidolio helps you prepare service estimates and invoices and keep manual payment records. You are responsible for checking descriptions, prices, quantities, currencies, taxes, dates, recipients and applicable requirements before using a document. Speech recognition and local parsing can make mistakes. We do not determine market prices, tax rates or legal compliance, process customer payments or submit government electronic invoices.
Three jobs are free, including estimate-to-invoice conversion. Pro subscriptions enable unlimited new jobs and renew automatically under the period and localized price shown by Apple before confirmation. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Apple Account settings. Saved documents remain viewable, editable and exportable after Pro ends. No trial is promised unless explicitly displayed in Apple's purchase offer.
Keep independent backups. Sharing a document or backup sends its contents to the recipient or provider you select. The privacy policy explains optional analytics, diagnostics, purchase validation and advertising.
