Create an estimate, describe each service/material with an explicit price or enter items manually. Review quantities, currency, discount, tax and any requested deposit. Add your business and client names, save, then preview or share the PDF. The recipient is selected by you in the system share sheet.
Bidolio records payments you enter. It does not collect funds or verify receipt of money. A requested deposit is not a received payment. Review applicable business and tax requirements yourself; Bidolio does not determine tax rates or submit government electronic invoices.
In Settings, export a JSON backup to Files. Backups contain saved records and clients; unfinished drafts are separate. Restoring replaces the saved record list after confirmation and keeps a safety copy for undo. Import UTF-8 client CSV with a name header; optional headers are email, phone, contact and address. Matching clients are kept and not overwritten.
Your first three jobs are free; conversion from an estimate to an invoice stays in the same job. Pro enables unlimited new jobs. Saved documents remain accessible after Pro ends. Use Restore purchases if your active subscription is not recognized. Manage or cancel your Apple subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Grant microphone and speech access in iPhone Settings. On-device recognition must be available for your device and language. Type instead if voice input is unavailable. Always review recognized amounts before sharing.
