Business details, clients, estimates, invoices, prices, payment records and unfinished drafts are stored locally on your device. We do not run an account or in-app cloud-sync service. Apple device backups follow your device settings. Deleting the app may remove local records. Export backups before deleting or changing devices.
When you choose voice input, Bidolio requests microphone and speech permissions. Voice recognition requires supported on-device recognition and is disabled when that is unavailable. Audio is processed transiently and is not saved by Bidolio. Transcripts stay in your editable local draft. Typing remains available without microphone or speech permission.
You choose when and where to share a PDF or JSON backup using the system share sheet. A backup contains private business and client details; recipients and storage providers handle shared copies under their own policies. CSV client imports and JSON backup validation happen locally. Bidolio does not automatically contact customers or process their payments.
Firebase Analytics (GA4) and Crashlytics are integrated. Usage statistics and crash-report collection are separate, optional choices and start off. If you enable statistics, generic actions such as creating or exporting a document may be recorded, along with technical app/device information. Crash reports may include technical failure and performance information if enabled. We do not attach client details, business names, document contents, prices, audio or transcripts. You can change these preferences in Settings.
Apple processes subscriptions. RevenueCat checks purchase and entitlement status using an anonymous app-user identifier, product/transaction information and technical app/device data. Bidolio does not receive your payment-card details. Purchase validation is required to deliver Pro access and is separate from optional analytics. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform are integrated for optional banners in the document list. Free users may see banners after applicable consent and purchase status are resolved; Pro users do not see banners. You can disable advertising in Settings, and an existing explicit opt-out is respected. Ads do not appear in the document editor, PDF preview or sharing flow. Depending on consent and device settings, Google may process identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, advertising interactions and technical diagnostics. We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data processing. Apple's tracking prompt is used where applicable. No clients, document contents, recordings or prices are sent for advertising. Live advertising can remain disabled while store verification is pending.
You can turn off optional analytics, diagnostics and advertising in the app and revisit advertising privacy choices when available. You can delete local clients and documents; old documents contain saved snapshots until those documents are deleted. Manual deletion does not revoke a subscription. Imported/restored data is reviewed locally. A safety copy made before restoring a backup remains local so you can undo that restore. Removing the app removes app-local data, subject to system backups. For purchase-related data requests, contact support; we may need the anonymous app-user or transaction identifier to locate RevenueCat records.
