Help & support

Need help with Lessloop? Email mobileappssupport0@gmail.com. Include your app version, iOS version, device model and a short description. Do not send journal contents, passwords or payment-card details.

Choosing and restricting apps

Open Focus → Choose apps and grant Apple's Screen Time permission. Select apps in Apple's picker, choose a duration and start. You can end early at any time. An early finish does not count as a completed session. Session minutes describe time in a session; they are not a measurement of screen time saved. The simulator preview does not restrict apps.

Journal and Journal Pro

The journal works without Screen Time permission. Create a plan, add notes and optionally mark it complete. Journal Pro adds guided planning content, weekly reviews and PDF exports. Existing journal entries remain accessible if Pro is later refunded. Plans and reviews use your manual entries, not measured app usage.

Restore a purchase

Open Journal → Journal Pro → Restore purchases while signed into the same App Store account used to purchase. Check your connection if the price or purchase options are unavailable. A pending purchase unlocks only after Apple approves it. For refunds, use Apple's purchase support.

Privacy choices and local data

Open Privacy & settings to manage optional statistics and crash reports. These are off by default. Version 1.0 (build 5) contains no advertising and does not request tracking permission. Journal notes are stored locally and there is no in-app cloud sync. Deleting the app can remove them. If a journal cannot be read, do not delete the app before contacting support; the app pauses writing to protect existing files.
