Sleep Recorder – Terms of Use

Your use of Sleep Recorder is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement together with these terms.

Premium subscription

• Sleep Recorder Premium is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
• If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, it is shown on the purchase screen. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Recording other people

If other people sleep or talk near your phone, you are responsible for making sure they agree to being recorded, as required by the laws where you live.

Not a medical device

Sleep Recorder, including the snore score, is for personal information and entertainment. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.
