This Privacy Policy describes how Glow Up AI - Face Rating ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
What we collect: When you use the analysis feature, your facial photo (the image you capture with your camera or select from your photo gallery) is temporarily processed for AI analysis.
What we do NOT collect: We do not collect biometric identifiers, create facial recognition templates, or build facial geometry maps. We do not identify you by your face.
Purpose: Facial images are used exclusively for generating entertainment-based facial feature ratings (symmetry, jawline, cheekbones, skin quality, eye shape, hair) and personalized beauty tips.
We may collect anonymous device information (device model, OS version, app version) for crash reporting and app improvement. This data cannot identify you personally.
Our advertising partner Google AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers and usage data for serving ads. This is separate from facial analysis and AdMob does NOT receive your facial photos. See Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Your facial photo is processed as follows:
The ratings, scores, and tips generated from your analysis are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your results after they are generated.
Service Provider: Alibaba Cloud (Qwen3-VL-Flash AI vision model)
What is shared: Your facial photo (image data only)
Purpose: Facial feature analysis to generate entertainment ratings
Retention by third party: Alibaba Cloud processes the image in real-time and does not retain your photo after processing is complete, per their data processing terms

Infrastructure Provider: Supabase (server hosting). Supabase processes the image in transit only and does not store photos. Supabase Privacy Policy
Facial Photos: NOT stored. Deleted immediately after AI analysis is complete (typically within 5 seconds). Neither our server nor Alibaba Cloud retains your photo.
Analysis Results: Stored only on your local device. You can delete them by uninstalling the app.
We do not maintain any database of user photos or facial data.

Your facial photo is shared ONLY with Alibaba Cloud's Qwen AI for the sole purpose of generating your analysis results, as described in Section 3.
We do NOT sell your personal data.
The app uses Google AdMob for displaying advertisements (banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads). AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. AdMob does NOT receive your facial photos or analysis results.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking on iOS).
Glow Up AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between the app, our server, and the AI processing service. Our server infrastructure (Supabase) employs industry-standard security measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
