Welcome to BrainSnap ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application BrainSnap - Daily Puzzle & Brain Training ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Key Point: BrainSnap is an offline puzzle game. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

BrainSnap does not collect any of the following:

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences):

Game statistics (scores, streaks, levels completed)
App preferences (sound, vibration, notification settings)
Game progress and daily challenge status

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, and it is not accessible to us or any third party. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use certain data for ad personalization and analytics purposes. The types of ads displayed include:

Banner ads
Interstitial ads
Rewarded video ads
App open ads

AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA)

General device information (device model, OS version)

5.2 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). This identifier is used solely to deliver personalized advertisements through Google AdMob. You can choose to allow or deny this request. Denying the request will result in non-personalized ads being shown.

6. No AI Services

BrainSnap is a fully offline puzzle game. The App does not use any AI services, cloud processing, or remote APIs. All game logic runs entirely on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

BrainSnap is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App contains third-party advertisements (Google AdMob) which are not directed at children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store personal data on any server, there is minimal risk to your data. Game data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, biometrics, encryption).

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data:

There is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete
You can clear all locally stored game data by deleting the App
You can manage ad tracking preferences through your device's settings
On iOS, you can change ATT permissions in Settings > Privacy > Tracking
